Job summary

Tony's Chocolonely is seeking a BI Developer to empower teams with reliable data insights. You will be the first contact for BI questions, drive self-service BI adoption, and contribute to datasets and dashboards that enable data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with the FBI team and report to the BI Manager in a fast-paced scale-up environment. You will join a team focused on data quality, scalable reporting solutions, and supporting end-users with strong SQL and Power BI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Experience in BI, data analytics or similar data-focused role.
• Experience with Power BI to create dashboards, reports and visualizations that support decision-making.
• Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of data modelling concepts.
• Eager to develop technical expertise and learn from experienced colleagues in a collaborative team.
• Analytical mindset and ability to translate business questions into practical reporting solutions.
• Able to support end-users, explain data concepts, and guide colleagues with varying BI knowledge.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Experience with cloud-based data environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Organized and able to balance multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent English communication; able to collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
• Office presence 3 days a week; flexibility for more days.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line BI support and be the go-to contact for BI-related questions.
• Develop datasets and dashboards; translate business requirements into meaningful reports and Power BI dashboards.
• Ensure data quality across reporting solutions before deployment.
• Drive BI adoption through training and documentation; empower teams to use BI tools confidently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and continuously improve solutions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize reporting processes and automate tasks.
• Monitor dashboard usage and feedback to evaluate impact and guide enhancements.
