Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting seeks a BI specialist to design, build and optimize dashboards using TIBCO Spotfire and Power BI for client platforms in a fast-paced consultancy. You will translate business needs into scalable visuals and robust data models.

You will implement data integration, write efficient SQL queries, and support migration of legacy Spotfire reports to Power BI. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential across data teams.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and BI reports using Spotfire and Power BI.
• Develop and optimize data models and ETL/transformations.
• Perform data integration using Spotfire and SQL.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and analytics.
• Assist migration of legacy Spotfire reports to Power BI.
• Lead or assist with migration, report redevelopment, data validation, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective BI solutions.
• Ensure dashboards provide fast, reliable insights.

• Support the migration of legacy TIBCO Spotfire reports and dashboards to Power BI.
• Lead or assist with technical migration, report redevelopment, data validation, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to understand requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.
• Ensure dashboards and reports provide fast, reliable, and actionable business insights.
