Job summary

WPP is seeking a Data Analytics Manager (Medior BI Developer / Data Analyst) to turn vast data into scalable Power BI dashboards. You will model data, build visuals, and ensure insights drive marketing and media decisions.

You will work with Data Engineers, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to deliver enterprise BI solutions, using Snowflake via Adverity, and practice agile project management within the DIO team in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a BI Developer/Data Analyst role.
• Strong programming and modeling in Power BI, DAX, SQL; BI storytelling and UX-optimized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Ensure dashboards provide clear, actionable insights aligned with marketing and media objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into visualizations.
• Support the Project Manager with project outlines, estimations, and progress updates.
• Develop Power BI data models, including DAX calculations; optimize for performance.
• Integrate data from marketing sources (GA, CRM, ad platforms) and ensure a unified view.
• Work with Data Engineers, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to deliver enterprise BI solutions.
• Provide training and consultancy on data usage and BI tools.
