Job summary

Monks is seeking a data professional to join the data team, working at the intersection of analytics, reporting, and project management. You’ll design, streamline, and manage dashboards and data products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support smarter decisions across the company.

You’ll build reports, manage the backlog, analyze large datasets, and maintain data pipelines, delivering clear visualizations for diverse audiences and driving data quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in data science, statistics, economics or related field.
• Hands-on SQL experience and data visualization skills.
• Proficiency in Python, R or JavaScript.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reports for project and business performance.
• Manage the data team backlog and act as project manager.
• Analyze large datasets to detect trends and surface insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.
• Maintain data pipelines across multiple platforms.
