Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales technical support for BESS deployments in Magdeburg, ensuring high availability and stability.
- Maintain professional communication with utility companies, IPPs and EPC contractors.
- Assist in analyzing and resolving quality problems in containerized energy storage solutions; propose solutions and track progress.
- Deliver technical training to local clients and O&M teams on HV systems, EMS usage and emergency procedures.
- Collect field data to support R&D on system integration and energy management strategies.
- Coordinate spare parts logistics and on-site repair/replacement of large components.
