Job summary

Mindser seeks a seasoned BESS Project Manager for on-site, contract work on EU projects. You will lead end-to-end project execution from design to commissioning, coordinating engineers, vendors and stakeholders on multiple energy storage initiatives.

The role requires strong electrical engineering foundations and 5–10 years of PM experience, with a focus on grid, substations and energy storage projects. EU work rights are required for project eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead
• Strong electrical engineering background & higher Engineering Education
• Experience delivering energy infrastructure / grid / substation / BESS projects
• Ideally some exposure to battery storage / energy storage systems

Responsibilities

• Manage BESS projects from design through construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee technical aspects of electrical systems, grid connections, substations, and renewable energy integration.
• Monitor project risks, schedules, and commercial performance.
