Job summary

Vertiv Co in Breda seeks an EHS Specialist to coordinate Health, Safety and Environmental activities for Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg within Vertiv Services EMEA. You will ensure compliance with ISO standards, support service operations, projects and offices, and drive audits and improvements across the Benelux region with occasional guidance to Germany/Austria.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in health, safety and environment (EHS).
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementations and audits.
• Audit planning, incident investigation and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to coordinate EHS across Benelux with some travel.
• Experience in Construction, Electrical, UPS, Thermal or Generator environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage EHS activities for Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg within Vertiv Services EMEA.
• Maintain annual audits (VCA) and prepare documentation.
• Implement and manage ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Conduct inductions and safety trainings for Vertiv employees.
• Lead accident investigations and report outcomes to leadership and authorities.
• Support EHS communications for EMEA-wide topics and audits.
• Develop and maintain internal EHS documentation and risk analyses.
