Job summary

Dashdoc is seeking a Market Product Manager to own the BENELUX market, primarily the Netherlands and Belgium. You will split time between product analysis (60%) and pre-sales/customer success (40%), aligning with sales, design and engineering to deliver local regulation-compliant features.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market needs, shape the local roadmap, and enable market-specific demos.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering impactful features.
• Fluent in Dutch; English fluency is a plus.
• Experience shipping in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments is a bonus.
• Able to identify user problems, evaluate solutions and iterate quickly.
• Data-driven thinker with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent local BENELUX market needs to drive parity with competitors.
• Identify country-specific functional requirements and upcoming deadlines.
• Shape pitches and influence the local roadmap with domain PMs.
• Work with design and devs to build what was shaped.
• Participate in pre-sales discussions to gain market insights.
• Train sales/marketing on market specifics, regulations and competitors.
• Identify high-potential partnerships with software providers and federations.
• Brief marketing on key features, roadmap, local messaging and references.
