Job summary

Bolton in the Netherlands is seeking a Product Manager to join the Trade Marketing Benelux Team in the Adhesives Business Unit, based in The Netherlands. You will drive commercial success of the product portfolio in the Netherlands and Belgium, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure brands thrive.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager Benelux, you will develop category strategies, lead GTM campaigns, define KPIs, and act as the product expert across cross-functional teams at local and corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Experience as a Product Manager or similar role in FMCG desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with GTM and POS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product category strategies and roadmaps aligned with commercial objectives.
• Drive product introductions and revenue growth through GTM campaigns and POS strategies.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and enable data-driven decisions.

Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Trade Marketing Benelux Team in our Adhesives Business Unit based in The Netherlands.

As Product Manager, you are the driving force behind the commercial success of our product portfolio. You are responsible for the marketing of our products in the Netherlands and Belgium, ensuring that commercial targets are met, the product lifecycle is managed effectively, and our brands continue to thrive.

How Your Agenda Looks Like

• Develop and execute product category strategies and product roadmaps that align with our commercial objectives and local market opportunities.
• Drive product introductions and revenue growth within existing categories through effective go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and POS strategies.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success and foster data-driven decision-making.
• Act as the go-to product expert: know everything about our products and actively share this knowledge within cross-functional teams, both locally and at corporate level.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer feedback to shape product improvements and future actions.

Your Team

You will report to the Marketing Manager Benelux and be part of the Trade Marketing Belux Team. You will work closely with colleagues in the Netherlands, Belgium, and at European/corporate level.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable role,
• preferably in FMCG.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills; familiarity
• with go-to-market and POS strategies.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
