• Own and manage the product portfolio strategy and lifecycle.
• Define and execute the innovation roadmap with Sales and European Marketing.
• Lead trade and marketing plans by channel and customer.
• Define pricing and range management; ensure profitability.
• Monitor market performance, sell-in/sell-out, and ROI.
• Lead end-to-end execution of marketing and activation plans.
