Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Head of Market Access Benelux to lead strategy, pricing and reimbursement across NL, BE and LU. You will build a high‑performing team, shape HTA dossiers and negotiate with payers, while aligning local priorities with global objectives.

The role requires 10+ years in Market Access, fluency in English and Dutch, and strong leadership in a matrix environment. French is a plus and relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Market Access
• Strong knowledge of Dutch and Belgian reimbursement systems
• Experience leading teams in a matrix environment
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a strong asset

Responsibilities

• Define and steer the Benelux Market Access and Pricing strategy
• Provide governance on HTA submissions, pricing decisions and reimbursement processes
• Lead, coach and develop the Market Access team
• Maintain senior-level relationships with payers, policy makers and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with global stakeholders on strategy and decisions
• Participate in strategic negotiations and high‑level payer discussions
