Job summary

Eaton is seeking an HR Zone Leader BeNeLux to provide end-to-end HR leadership across BeNeLux, spanning multiple sites and countries. The role acts as the most senior HR leader in the region, aligning HR programs with business goals and ensuring compliant, high-quality employee experiences within the One Eaton framework.

You will lead talent acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, and employee engagement while collaborating with HR services, CoEs, and senior partners to drive standardization,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree in HR or related discipline preferred.
• Strong leadership experience in multinational manufacturing environments.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law, WOR, CAO frameworks, and LR/ER practices.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and operations across BeNeLux with a One HR model.
• Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employer branding.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and total rewards with global frameworks.
• Manage learning, development, and employee engagement across multiple sites.
• Partner with unions, works councils, and senior leaders to drive change.
