Job summary

Eaton is seeking an HR Country & Zone Manager BeNeLux in Hengelo to lead HR across the BeNeLux region, ensuring consistent, compliant employee experiences. You will drive talent acquisition, total rewards, and HR operations for ~700 employees across five locations in three countries, with strong governance and change management.

The role requires extensive HR leadership in a matrix, Dutch labour law proficiency, and fluent Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and works councils.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR leadership across the BeNeLux zone.
• Lead local talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Own compensation and benefits programs and ensure global framework alignment.
• Drive enterprise-wide learning, development, and culture initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations, payroll, data management, and service delivery.
• Partner with HR Services and CoEs to deploy programs and drive changes.
