Job summary

Warner Chappell Music in Amsterdam seeks an ambitious General Manager to lead its Benelux operations. The GM will own the NL P&L, drive growth, and champion our values: Curiosity, Collaboration, and Commitment.

This senior role requires a creative, commercially minded leader who can align creative and administrative teams, build strong relationships with songwriters, managers, streaming partners, and the Global Leadership team, and ensure long-term health of the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in publishing with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong strategic and commercial mindset with revenue growth experience.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and close contracts.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.
• Ability to build relationships with songwriters, managers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NL P&L and drive ambitious commercial growth.
• Oversee Administration, Compliance, and local relationships.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across A&R, Sync, Production Music, and Administration.
• Engage external partners and the Global Leadership team.
• Build an inclusive, high-performance culture and mentor the team.
• Office-based in Amsterdam, with regular presence at the HQ in the Houthavens.
