Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment is assisting an international client in Rotterdam to recruit a Sales Manager Benelux. The role concentrates on the Dutch and Belgian markets with heavy travel and home-office flexibility.

You will develop opportunities, manage key accounts, and negotiate framework agreements while monitoring market trends and coordinating with service teams. Fluency in English plus Dutch and/or French is required, with 2+ years in polymer sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in commodity polymers, petrochemicals, or chemical trading (PP/PE preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Chemistry, Polymer Science or related field.
• Fluency in English, plus Dutch and/or French.
• Willingness to travel ~40% of time and visit customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the Benelux region and grow sales with existing customers.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and negotiate framework agreements.
• Monitor market trends, price movements, and competitor activity; provide technical and commercial advice.
• Ensure timely delivery and collections in collaboration with internal teams.
