Job summary

DNV Security Academy Benelux is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through training programs in cybersecurity, information security, privacy and compliance. You will identify new business opportunities, advise on learning pathways, and build long-term customer relationships across the Benelux.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a commercial B2B sales role.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Experience in business development, account management, or consultative selling.
• Strong communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new business across the Benelux region.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and training evaluations.
• Advise customers on public courses, in-company training programs and certifications.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
• Grow existing customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to deliver the best solutions.
