myPOS in Amsterdam is seeking an Account Manager to join the Benelux team and manage a named portfolio of merchants, helping them grow with myPOS’ payments and tools.

You will build strong relationships, conduct regular business reviews, and work with Sales, Product and Operations to protect revenue and expand product adoption for continued merchant success.

Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with 5+ years in account management in fintech or payments preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in account management, key account sales or customer success.
• Experience supporting SMB and mid-market businesses within payments, fintech or software.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; customer-centric approach.

Responsabilités

• Manage a named portfolio of merchants and act as their trusted commercial partner.
• Lead regular business reviews and develop annual account plans.
• Monitor account performance to protect revenue and reduce churn.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and drive product adoption.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations to meet merchant needs.
