Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a senior Cluster Manager Procurement for the BeNe region, overseeing Procurement Specialists (3 headcount) in the Netherlands and Belgium. The role emphasizes strategic stakeholder management, with a focus on aligning local, regional and global interests and driving procurement excellence.

You will lead with structure, set direction for BeNe, and manage both strategy and execution, including change management and engagement across stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant work experience in procurement/purchasing.
• Experience in a strategic role with extensive stakeholder management.
• Experience in managing, coaching, or developing a team.
• Ability to operate at operational to global levels.
• Strong communication skills with a diplomatic and professional approach.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost savings and supplier performance improvements for the BeNe cluster.
• Initiate and manage tenders, negotiations and procurement projects.
• Develop and implement category and supplier strategies.
• Monitor compliance with procurement policies, contracts and terms.
• Identify risks in the supplier base and act accordingly.
• Guide the team through change and align employees with department direction.
