Job summary

CEVA Logistics in the BeNe region seeks a Procurement Manager to lead the procurement team in the Netherlands and Belgium. The role emphasizes strategic stakeholder management, category strategies, and supplier development.

You will manage three procurement specialists, coordinate with global leadership, and regularly travel across BeNe while enjoying flexible work options. Dutch and English fluency and a strategic mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant work experience in procurement/purchasing.
• Experience in a strategic role with extensive stakeholder management.
• Experience in managing, coaching, or developing a team.
• Ability to operate at different levels, from operational to global.
• Strong communication skills with a diplomatic and professional approach.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost savings, supplier performance, and professionalisation of Procurement in the BeNe-cluster.
• Initiate and manage tenders, negotiations, and procurement projects.
• Develop and implement category and supplier strategies.
• Monitor compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and terms.
• Identify risks within the supplier base and act where necessary.
• Guide the team through change and align employees with the department's direction.
