Collaborate with market analysts and Product, deliver weekly updates, and lead data validation with producers and traders while adapting to a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in red meat markets across the value chain.
• US red meat market familiarity is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of supply chains and market drivers.
• Existing network of market participants, US contacts preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for large datasets.
• Experience producing market analyses and forward-looking reports.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated, capable of managing own projects.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment across US time zones.
• Knowledge of Excel, Python, and R.

Responsibilities

• Analyse global and regional production, trade flows, and consumption trends for beef and pork.
• Deliver weekly market updates and ad hoc reports combining fundamentals and sentiment.
• Identify, source, and validate new data to expand US data footprint.
• Build and maintain a network of producers, packers, exporters, and traders.
• Lead research initiatives and serve as the go-to person for red meat markets.
• Build and maintain supply-demand balances and price views for beef and pork.
• Translate market needs into product improvements with the Product team.
• Join client calls, webinars, and industry events to share expertise.
