Qualifications

• 5+ years in beef and pork markets across live animals to processed products.
• Strong knowledge of US red meat market is a plus.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience producing market analyses and reports with a forward-looking perspective.

Responsibilities

• Analyse global and regional production, trade flows, and consumption trends for beef and pork.
• Deliver weekly market updates and ad hoc reports with fundamental analysis and market sentiment.
• Identify, source, and validate new data to expand US data footprint.
• Build and maintain a network of US market participants.
• Lead independent market research initiatives and support cross-functional teams.
• Develop supply-demand balance sheets and price views for beef and pork.
