Responsibilities

• Assure that procedures and processes are followed and respected.
• Expertise in supplier portfolios and meat category assortment management.
• Negotiations with suppliers and customers.
• Keep supplier and market information up to date within the trading office network.
• Manage daily business: pricing alignments, ordering, exports, documentation flows, and troubleshooting.
• Share ownership of troubleshooting across departments to deliver end-to-end customer service.
