Job summary

The Roast Club in Eindhoven zoekt een ervaren bedrijfsleider om dagelijks de vloeiende werking van het restaurant te waarborgen en een uitzonderlijke gastenervaring te leveren.

Je leidt en motiveert het team, beheert leveringen en voorraad, plant evenementen, opent en sluit de zaak zelfstandig en werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in horecamanagement is gewenst.
• Gastvrije en klantgerichte instelling.
• Inzicht in operationeel restaurantbeheer en supervisie.

Responsibilities

• Assisteren bij front-of-house service terwijl je een helikopterview behoudt.
• Vooruitkijken en plannen van events, terrassen en drukke dagen.
• Leid en motiveer het team en bewaak prestaties.
• Openen en sluiten van de zaak met eindverantwoordelijkheid.
• Zorg voor uitmuntende gastvrijheid en klanttevredenheid.
• Voer kwaliteitscontrole uit door presentatie en service te monitoren.
• Werk samen met andere afdelingen en management om doelen te bereiken.
• Ondersteun de manager met dagelijkse back-office taken.
• Functie als aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers, beheer van voorraad en plaatsen van bestellingen.

Bedrijfsleider Hier kom je te werken: The Roast Club is a popular restaurant located on Eindhoven's most charming hospitality street, 'De Kleine Berg.' It's the only restaurant in Eindhoven where nearly every dish is smoked on smokers or grilled on Kamado grills. All dishes, marinades, and sauces are homemade - and you can really taste the difference! Besides serving high-quality and surprising dishes, the atmosphere in the restaurant and on the terrace is just as important, thanks in large part to our dedicated team. The Roast Club is a place where guests keep coming back for a delightful evening of dining and socializing late into the night. What will you do? As a restaurant manager, you are responsible daily for ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects within The Roast Club. Delivering an exceptional guest experience is your top priority.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting with front-of-house service while maintaining a helicopter view. You continuously lead your team, ensuring everyone works efficiently and correctly;
• Looking ahead and anticipating: scaling up or down, preparing for events, ensuring the terrace is ready on nice weather days, and more.
• Lead and motivate staff manage your team, and monitor their performance.
• Open and close the venue independently holding final responsibility for these tasks.
• Ensure hospitality excellence by maintaining a high level of service and customer satisfaction, always putting the guest first.
• Conduct quality control by overseeing dish presentation and service to uphold our standards.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments and management to achieve the overall goals of the grand café.
• Support the manager with daily back-office tasks.
• Act as the main point of contact for suppliers , manage inventory, and place orders.
