Gisou is seeking a results-driven project manager to lead cross-functional product launches in beauty at scale. You will own project and portfolio management, coordinate timelines with manufacturers and internal teams, and push for on-time delivery and clear decision records.

You will collaborate with NPD, marketing, packaging, regulatory and external factories to resolve production challenges, ensure brand quality, and keep stakeholders aligned.

Formación

• 4–7+ years in project management, product development or operations in beauty or FMCG.
• Highly structured; manage multiple complex launches with attention to detail.
• Natural coordinator; drives alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle from development to scale-up.

Responsabilidades

• Track critical path milestones and flag risks to founders and stakeholders.
• Drive accountability with suppliers and internal teams to stay on schedule.
• Maintain documentation: approvals, change logs, cost trackers.
• Manage plans across multiple launches and brand portfolios.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and coordinate with external partners.
• Prepare management reviews on status, risks and readiness.
