Gisou is seeking a Brand Activation Leader to drive Sephora EU activation and translate global strategy into locally relevant plans. You will shape go-to-market initiatives, collaborate with Global teams, and ensure cohesive regional execution across social, trade marketing, VM, and online channels.

You will partner with markets and retailers to deliver bold launches, manage regional assets, and drive awareness, desirability and commercial impact across Europe.

Formación

• Experience in beauty/retail activation across Europe.
• Strong storytelling and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple markets and timelines.
• Collaborative and proactive with excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Sephora EU activation roadmap and translate global strategy into regional plans.
• Co-create 360° launch assets with Global teams for regional needs and launches.
• Ensure timely delivery of regional marketing assets and in-store materials.
• Partner with markets/retailers to bring launches and brand moments to life.
• Lead internal milestone meetings to drive decisions and execution.
