Gisou by Negin Mirsalehi is seeking a high-performing Demand Planner to build a world-class demand planning and S&OP capability from the ground up. You will own the forecast, develop tools, datasets and governance, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply.

The role requires 6+ years in demand planning, advanced Excel and BI skills, and experience in multi-channel consumer/beauty environments. A hybrid setup with 1 day remote per week is offered in Amsterdam.

Formación

• 6+ years of dedicated demand planning experience in multi-channel environments.
• Strong track record of improving forecast accuracy and reducing bias.
• Hands-on experience building and strengthening S&OP/IBP processes.
• Advanced Excel and data-management skills; experience with BI tools.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end demand planning across products, markets and channels.
• Build and scale Gisou's S&OP demand process and governance.
• Improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias through analysis and action.
• Develop datasets, dashboards, and planning models for scalable planning.
• Lead monthly demand reviews and present clear, decision-oriented inputs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply to align forecast.
