Gisou is seeking a seasoned Project & Portfolio Manager to lead complex beauty product launches from development through scale-up. You will coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, manage timelines, and ensure cost and quality controls across multiple brands and markets from Amsterdam.

The role demands 4–7+ years in project management or product development within beauty/FMCG, with strong stakeholder leadership, clear communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

• 4–7+ years in project management, product development, or operations within beauty or FMCG.
• Highly structured with multi‑project ownership and strong attention to detail.
• Natural coordinator who aligns diverse stakeholders and drives momentum.
• Confident working with external partners and challenging timelines.
• End-to-end product lifecycle experience from development to scale‑up.
• Comfort with technical and operational details while prioritising brand goals.

Responsabilidades

• Track milestones, flag risks, and keep founders informed.
• Drive accountability across suppliers and internal teams to meet launches.
• Maintain documentation: approvals, change logs, cost trackers.
• Manage multi-launch plans and brand portfolios simultaneously.
• Lead meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions and actions.
• Prepare management reviews on portfolio status and readiness.
