You will act as a trusted advisor for technical support, training, and growth, maintaining strong relationships with core accounts and collaborating with development teams to align technology with business objectives. Hybrid work and up to 50% travel apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields listed in the job posting.
• Minimum 2 years in sales, technical, lab, customer support, or inside sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for existing core accounts in a designated territory; identify growth targets.
• Conduct planned visits and frequent interactions with key customers.
• Provide deep technical support, troubleshoot issues, guide product implementation and best practices.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and align technology with business objectives.
• Support sales efforts by highlighting features and driving adoption.
• Relay customer feedback to development teams to improve products.
• Educate clients on effective product usage through training sessions.
