Job summary

Innovative Beauty Group (IBG) is seeking a Business Controller to act as the financial brain behind our global beauty operations. You will lead FP&A for the Pack business, deliver actionable insights, and partner with Sales, Projects and Supply Chain to drive growth and efficiency.

With a BA/MA in finance and 3–5 years in a dynamic finance role, you’ll model and forecast, manage working capital, and mentor managers on financial principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or accounting, plus 3–5 years in a Business/Finance Controller role.
• Understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements and working capital management.
• Strong in financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex data to stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and proficient in ERP/Bi tools and Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Netsuite), BI tools, and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for the Pack business, delivering actionable insights and improving budgeting, forecasting and business ratings.
• Perform profitability, working capital and cash flow analyses to inform management decisions.
• Support Sales, Project and Supply Chain teams with financial analysis and reporting.
• Guide line managers in financial management and foster financial awareness.
• Drive improvements in processes and BI/ERP tools, collaborating with IT and business leaders.
