Job summary

Innovative Beauty Group (IBG) seeks an Artwork & Development Coordinator to bridge creative ideas and flawless execution in packaging and artwork for beauty products.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with Sales, Artwork Manager, Traffic Manager and other teams to ensure on-time delivery and brand consistency. The role requires eye for detail, strong communication, and readiness to learn new AI-driven tools.

Qualifications

• MBO or HBO education in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or Project Management; 2–4 years of experience in artwork support or a similar role, preferably within beauty, packaging or FMCG.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and knowledge of printing techniques and prepress processes.
• Structured and accurate: systematic work style, ability to manage multiple projects and maintain deadlines and quality standards.
• Strong communication: clear and professional communication with colleagues and external partners, enabling teams to stay aligned.
• Innovative and eager to learn: interest in AI‑driven tools and keeping up with developments in technology and design.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible from A to Z for developing packaging and artwork for beauty products, managing multiple projects and ensuring on-time delivery.
• You manage a portfolio of brands, ensuring consistency in look and feel across lines.
• You collaborate with Sales, Artwork Manager, Traffic Manager and other departments to ensure smooth project progress and deadlines.
• You coordinate project goals, branding and legal requirements, keeping all stakeholders aligned.
• You collect technical print specifications and approve packaging deadlines, verifying logos and artwork for compliance.
• You support Sales in evaluating pre-production samples, checking colour and print quality against high standards.
• You analyse progress, identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to prevent delays.
• You contribute to process improvements and seek faster, more efficient and creative ways to deliver projects.
