You have a few years of controlling experience, translate complex information into clear steering data and strategic advice, and enjoy shaping the financial function in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Completed college or university degree in finance, business, or data-driven field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a controlling position (business or financial controlling).
• Strong reporting and forecasting experience; risk management.
• Affinity with Power BI and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and solution-oriented attitude.
• Home in technical sector and family business culture.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and translate it into clear reports.
• Advise management and directors on strategic choices.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, set up and improve KPIs and dashboards.
• Develop and improve financial and business processes and systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines and operating companies.
• Further professionalize Business Control.
