Job summary

Innovative Beauty Group (IBG) is a global one-stop beauty shop with over 300 colleagues across 13 locations. As Business Controller, you will be the financial brains behind our global beauty operations, leading FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to drive growth and efficiency.

You will partner with Sales, Project, and Supply Chain teams, build strong relationships, mentor managers in financial management, and continuously improve BI tools and ERP usage, especially Netsuite,

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or accounting plus 3–5 years of experience in a finance/controller role.
Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting and data analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex financial info to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A process for the Pack business, deliver actionable insights, and drive budgeting, forecasting, and business ratings.
Perform profitability, working capital, and cash flow analyses to inform management decisions.
Collaborate with Sales, Project and Supply Chain teams with financial analysis and reporting support.
Guide and train line managers in financial management and promote financial awareness.
Drive continuous improvements in BI tools and ERP usage with IT and business leaders.
