Job summary

Innovative Beauty Group (IBG) is seeking a Project Manager – Turnkey to own complex customer projects from brief to delivery. You will connect Account Management, NPD, Buying, QA, Design, Supply Chain, Finance and external suppliers to keep milestones on track.

Based in the Netherlands, you will drive formulations, packaging, costings and approvals while ensuring quality, scope and compliance. A dynamic, international environment offers hybrid work and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of working and thinking.
• Demonstrable experience in project management, preferably in product development, manufacturing, or FMCG/beauty packaging.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned customer and product development projects from handover to delivery.
• Translate briefs into clear project plans with scope, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional kick-offs, meetings and milestone reviews to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate development, production and delivery activities, including packaging, samples, testing and approvals.
• Act as day‑to‑day operational contact for customers and manage risks and changes to delivery.
