Job summary

LearnWise AI is hiring a Business Development Representative for the Americas. You will own the top of the funnel, qualify inbound leads, and drive outbound outreach to universities across North, Central, and South America.

You will work closely with Account Executives to build a robust pipeline and deliver LearnWise demos in English and Spanish. You will research target institutions, manage demo environments, and craft outreach content.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a BDR/SDR or equivalent outbound sales role in SaaS.
• Practical experience using HubSpot as the primary CRM to manage and report on pipeline.
• Based in the Netherlands and willing to commute to Amsterdam 3 days a week.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and passionate about improving higher education with technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the top of the funnel — identify, qualify, and engage potential higher education customers in Americas.
• Manage inbound leads with speed and structure — qualify prospects and convert to opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to build relationships.
• Research target institutions and decision-makers; map buying committees.
• Conduct discovery calls and LearnWise AI demonstrations in English and Spanish.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and strong pipeline coverage.
• Customize and manage demo environments to showcase real-world LearnWise use cases.
• Draft outbound email templates and document user stories with partner universities.
