Informa Markets in Amsterdam is seeking a data-driven professional to strengthen retention and customer insight across live and digital platforms. You will build churn risk scores, map the net-new customer journey, and generate monthly insights for BD and Sales leadership.

In this six-month role you will also support process and digital enablement, streamline communications, and assist with web development and event-led BD for key portfolios, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Operations

Responsabilidades

• Retention & Customer Insight: build churn-risk scores and flag at-risk accounts to Sales before rebooking opens.
• Customer journey mapping: map end-to-end journey from contract to rebooking; identify drop-off points and propose fixes.
• Churn & rebook insights: analyze why customers stay or leave; deliver monthly insight packs for leadership.
• Sales process & CRM: improve Salesforce data quality, pipeline hygiene and conversion reporting with Sales Ops.
