Viking Nederland is offering a Customer Insights Internship in Venlo for a full-time window of 5–6 months starting February 2027. You will work with a team to transform customer behaviour and data into meaningful insights guiding marketing, sales, and product strategies.

Build analytical skills in a data-driven environment and contribute to shaping business growth. You will develop surveys, conduct interviews, analyze trends, and help create dashboards and presentations while collaborating

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent spoken and written English; German is a plus.
• Interest in data-driven decision making and research methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Assist in qualitative and quantitative research to uncover customer needs.
• Support development and execution of surveys and user tests.
• Conduct in-depth customer interviews or focus groups.
• Analyze feedback to identify opportunities and trends.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and experience metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, Product Management, and Sales.
• Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and presentations on findings.
