Tubber seeks a Data & Marketing Analytics Intern to support data-driven marketing, CRM, and reporting initiatives in Groningen, Netherlands. You’ll gain practical exposure to how data informs business decisions in a real-world setting, collaborating across marketing and operations.

The role emphasizes learning, structured analysis, and curiosity, with mentorship and hands-on work on analytics, CRO, and reporting projects. Duration: 5–6 months.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Marketing Analytics, Data Science, BI, or related.
• Willingness to learn, be structured and analytical.
• Fluency in English and comfort with data analysis and statistics.
• Familiarity with GA4, or willingness to learn, and basic digital marketing concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning and evaluation of marketing campaign performance by analyzing traffic and conversions.
• Support deeper behavioral and customer journey analyses to understand how users move through the website and booking process.
• Use GA4 data to understand navigation and drop-offs in the booking funnel.
• Help set up, track, and analyze A/B tests to improve website conversion rates.
• Apply basic statistical techniques to understand performance trends and support business decisions.
• Work with data from BigQuery, CRM systems, and Data Studio / Looker Studio.
• Build Data Studio / Looker Studio reports to show drivers of traffic, conversions and sales.
• Support CRM data quality and import processes.
