The Hoxton Amsterdam is seeking an experienced bartender to deliver high-standards hospitality at Breman Brasserie. Reporting to the Food & Beverage leadership, you will craft cocktails, provide friendly service, and ensure guest needs are anticipated.

You will work with a team that values creativity, collaboration, and guest experiences while maintaining bar hygiene and contributing to overall F&B operations.

Qualificações

• Previous bar tending and cocktail making experience.
• Strong hospitality mindset and guest-centric approach.
• Positive, flexible attitude with teamwork focus.
• Willing to contribute to F&B team beyond bartending responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to unwind and enjoy themselves.
• Craft cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks to match seasonal moods.
• Know products and systems inside out.
• Maintain smooth operations with the team and keep the bar tidy.
• Lend a hand to the F&B team when needed.
• Participate in creating new cocktails.
• Have strong knowledge of alcohols and cocktails served.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and HACCP compliance.
• Assist Baristas with coffee preparation.

We’re looking for an experiencedBartenderto shake things up with us. Reporting to our Director of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible to provide a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest needs are anticipated.

Breman Brasserie is an all-day restaurant that pays homage to the history of the iconic Lloyd building and features a menu of traditional European-meets-South American food. The bar serves classic cocktails with vibrant flavours and captivating New World wines.

In 2023 we have opened our second Hoxton in Amsterdam, this time based in the Eastern Docklands where we are lovingly taking the reins of the historic former Lloyd Hotel. This beautiful property features 136 bedrooms, including the introduction of some new rooms categories for the Hox, a large ground floor restaurant and huge outdoor terrace, a new bar and The Apartment – our unique meetings and events concept.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
• Know your product and systems inside out.
• Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily.
• Be more than a Bartender – willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole.
• Actively participate in the creation of new cocktails.
• Have a perfect knowledge of the different alcohols and cocktails served.
• Ensure the cleanliness of your workplace and hygiene and food safety (HACCP).
• Support the Baristas with making the best coffees in town.
