The Hoxton Lloyd in Amsterdam is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join Breman Brasserie. You will report to the Head Chef and Sous Chef, ensuring high standards and excellent guest service across a busy European-meets-South American menu.

We’re looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our team at Breman Brasserie at The Hoxton Lloyd. Reporting to our Head Chef and Sous Chef you will be responsible to provide a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest needs are anticipated.

Breman Brasserie is an all-day restaurant that pays homage to the history of the iconic Lloyd building and features a menu of traditional European-meets-South American food. The bar serves classic cocktails with vibrant flavours and captivating New World wines.

Job Description

What You’ll Do…

• Maintain the assigned station in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
• Follow standard recipes and minimizing waste to ensure that the restaurant food cost is in line with budget.
• Work in the assigned station to ensure that dishes are prepared according to standard.
• Ensure all working utensils and equipment are maintained to maximize life span to operate to full capacity.
• Receiving of daily produce deliveries and checking of quality (including weights and temperature).
• Complete quality preparation of all duties to clean, set up, handover and close kitchen to standard.
