Job summary

The Hoxton Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Bartender to craft cocktails and provide a lively, guest-focused service in our vibrant bar. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will maintain standards and anticipate guest needs while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

You’ll know your products inside out, support the F&B team, and participate in creating new cocktails. The role includes shifts that blend hospitality with hands-on bartending, ensuring cleanliness and HACCP

Qualifications

• :Experience in bartending and cocktail making.
• :Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• :Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar systems.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
• Know your product and systems inside out.
• Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily.
• Be more than a Bartender – willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole.
• Actively participate in the creation of new cocktails.
• Have a perfect knowledge of the different alcohols and cocktails served.
• Ensure the cleanliness of your workplace and hygiene and food safety (HACCP).
• Support the Baristas with making the best coffees in town.

Breman Brasserie is an all-day restaurant that pays homage to the history of the iconic Lloyd building and features a menu of traditional European-meets-South American food. The bar serves classic cocktails with vibrant flavours and captivating New World wines.

In 2023 we have opened our second Hoxton in Amsterdam, this time based in the Eastern Docklands where we are lovingly taking the reins of the historic former Lloyd Hotel.
