Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to standard.
• Explain menu items and allergen procedures.
• Keep coffee bar clean and organized per schedules and HACCP.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor stock and restock supplies.
• Use till for payments and orders.
• Provide exceptional service and resolve complaints.
• Support team with additional tasks as needed.
