BaxterStorey Nederland is hiring a Barista in Amsterdam to deliver exceptional coffee experiences with warmth and professionalism. You will greet guests, prepare a variety of beverages and support teammates in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

This 38-hour-per-week role offers a monthly gross salary of 2,468 to 2,750 EUR, meals on shift, training and development, a pension plan, a commuter allowance, and 25 holidays per year. We value growth, balance, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Delight customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and drinks to standard.
• Share menu stories and provide recommendations, aware of allergens.
• Maintain a clean, organized coffee bar and surrounding areas.
• Follow health, safety and food safety guidelines and procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and restock as needed.
• Operate till systems to take payments and orders.
• Provide exceptional service and resolve customer issues or complaints.
