Job summary

BaxterStorey NL in Amsterdam is seeking a Barista to deliver exceptional service and craft superb coffee in a 30-hour-per-week role. You will greet customers warmly, explain the menu, and maintain a clean, HACCP-compliant coffee bar while supporting the team.

Responsibilities

• Delight customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas to standard.
• Share the story of our menu, and provide recommendations to customers and be aware allergen procedures.
• Keep the coffee bar clean and organized in line with schedules, HACCP and company standards.
• Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
• Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed.
