Qualifications

• Experience in a senior supervisory or management role in a Food & Drink environment.
• Excellent knowledge of food, beverages and mixology.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team motivation skills.
• Fluent English; Dutch language skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of AXIS Bar & Lounge and manage costs.
• Create innovative cocktail and beverage menus.
• Drive guest satisfaction and revenue through service excellence.
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing bar team.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton standards and brand policies.
• Prepare schedules, promotions and maintain budgets.
