Job summary

You will deliver dishes to the highest standards, maintain strict hygiene and cost controls, and act as a role model to junior team members in a luxury hotel setting.

Strong English communication, HACCP knowledge, and the ability to work evenings and weekend shifts are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a similar Chef de Partie role.

• Supervise day-to-day operation of a kitchen section.
• Deliver high-quality dishes in line with recipes and standards.
