Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium, Amsterdam is seeking a Sous Chef to join The Lounge & Meeting and Events Kitchen. You will be responsible for organizing the kitchen, planning menus, supervising the kitchen team, and ensuring top quality and strict hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• As Sous Chef, you must lead kitchen operations with passion and quality.
• Leadership experience in a senior kitchen role is required.
• Teamwork and ability to coordinate 6-8 chefs on shift.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Hygiene knowledge and HACCP regulations understanding.
• Evening and weekend shifts availability.
