Job summary

Sia Partners Netherlands seeks an Associate Manager to lead end-to-end transformation programs, guiding strategy, people and technology through large-scale change, including operating model redesigns and regulatory-driven initiatives.

You will mentor junior consultants, build client relationships and contribute to knowledge assets while operating in an international team across Amsterdam or Maastricht. English fluency required; Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years professional experience incl. 3+ years in mgmt consulting or transformation
• Proven track record delivering change management in complex multi-stakeholder environments
• Experience in financial services (insurance, banking, pension, payments, asset mgmt)
• Master's degree in a related field; change management certification is a strong asset

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex transformation and change projects from scoping to benefits realisation
• Develop change strategies, roadmaps and governance frameworks tailored to client context
• Design stakeholder engagement, impact assessments and readiness evaluations
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge assets
• Support recruiting, onboarding and capability-building initiatives
