Sia Netherlands seeks an Associate Manager for Transformation Management. You will guide senior client stakeholders through end-to-end change programs, bridging strategy, people, and technology to deliver measurable organisational impact.

Requirements include 5–10 years in transformation or consulting, with finance sector experience and change-management certification. You will mentor teams and drive business development while partnering with clients on international projects.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of professional transformation or management consulting experience.
• Experience delivering change management programmes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience in financial services (insurance, banking, pension, payments, asset management).
• Certification in change management (Prosci / ADKAR, APMG) is a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage transformation and change projects from scoping through benefits realization.
• Develop change strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks tailored to client context.
• Design stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Build and coach client-side change agent networks to embed sustainable capability.
• Manage project workstreams, timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
• Represent Sia at industry events and client workshops.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge assets and hiring.
