Job summary

Quin, a Dutch MDR-certified digital healthcare software company, is seeking a Backend Engineer to own end-to-end backend delivery. You will architect, build, and deploy scalable services that power care in primary and secondary settings, while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams in a flat, fast-moving environment.

You’ll work on backend systems designed for reliability and growth, applying TDD, DDD, and Clean Architecture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building scalable backends in production.
• Deep understanding of modern backend architecture and APIs.
• Bias toward action with ownership and delivery responsibility.
• Clear communication in a flat, no-nonsense team.
• Affinity with digital healthcare and MDR-compliant software is a plus.
