Job summary

Mila Health in Amsterdam is hiring product engineers to build consumer health products with a polished onboarding, a patient app, and a checkout-to-doorstep experience that feels like top-tier consumer experiences but delivers real medical care.

You will ship end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and data, own features from concept through deployment, and collaborate directly with the founders, the Tech Lead, operations, and the medical team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack experience, ideally in TypeScript.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Based in the Netherlands and able to work in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Ship end-to-end features: from patient-facing UX to clinical tooling to pharmacy operations.
• Own features from product conversation through deploy: no ticket factory, no six layers of approval.
• Work directly with the founders, our new Tech Lead, operations, and the medical team.
• Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience as we scale across markets.
• Help shape engineering practices in a small team where your opinion matters.
